I had this snack craving and I had two choices and it was so hard to pick the healthier snack because the smell of cinnamon on warm bread just left me mouth watering. HOWEVER, I buckled down, and just turned away realizing this would not be a step forward. I indulged on a Tspn. Of peanut butter and a banana instead!
